I had the opportunity to tour Granite Bay with Jason Elrod, who asked me to assess the vineyard feasibilities for Custom Home Vineyards® in the local neighborhoods. I saw plenty of potential for homeowners to enjoy one of the finer benefits of California living, namely wine growing. Many of the lovely homes we surveyed have the ability to be elevated to the status of vineyard estates with the addition of a boutique vineyard as the lifestyle landscaping. |
