It is that time of year..
Time for the Annual Springtime Treelake Village Garage Sale!
Time to dust off all that extra stuff that has been taking up room and give it a new home. This year the Spring garage sale will be held on May 16th and there will be several updates in the next couple of week with information about how to get involved and registered as a seller. Each registered seller will receive a garage sale package as well as be included on the official Google Map for the event.
In the meantime, head on over to the event entry at www.GoGraniteBay.com to RSVP and get on the list.

As I am the Real Estate Broker Running Granite Bay, it is only appropriate to put a local run up for everyone to enjoy!
The Eureka Schools Foundation is putting on its first 5k race at the Country Faire on Sunday, May 31st.
The race starts at 8:00 a.m. at Granite Bay High School and ends back there after taking a nice loop in and around the surrounding neighborhood (Treelake Village). It is a great way to help out the local schools and stay fit. I am going to be sure and do it and would happy to meet up on race day to see who else is running Granite Bay. ;)
